1. Promoter

2. The promotion
The Block Series is a weekly riddle competition run on X (@bitwala). One riddle is posted every Friday at 12 pm CET. The promotion runs until cancelled by Bitwala in accordance with section 9 below.
3. Eligibility
Open to residents of EEA member states aged 18 or over. Employees of Bitwala GmbH and their immediate family members are not eligible. One entry per person per week. Participants must hold or be eligible to open a verified Bitwala account to claim a prize. The promotion is void where prohibited by local law.
4. How to enter
Follow @bitwala on X. Reply to the weekly Block Series post with the correct answer before 12 pm CET on the following Tuesday. Entries submitted after that time will not be considered. No purchase is necessary to enter.
5. Winner selection
All correct answers received before the closing time are entered into a random draw. One winner is selected at random each week. The draw takes place on Tuesday following each riddle post. Bitwala's decision on what constitutes a correct answer is final and binding.
6. Prize
The prize is €10 in BTC, issued as follows. If the winner holds a verified Bitwala virtual card, €10 in BTC will be loaded directly to the user's Bitcoin wallet. If the winner does not hold a Bitwala virtual card, €11 in BTC will be credited to their verified Bitwala account to cover both the prize and the cost of setting up a virtual card. The value of BTC may go up or down between the time of issue and the time of use. Bitwala accepts no responsibility for fluctuations in value after the prize has been issued. The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative is available.
7. Claiming the prize
Winners will be notified via DM on X within 24 hours of the draw. Winners must hold a verified Bitwala account to claim. If a winner does not respond within 14 days of notification, or fails to complete account verification within that period, the prize will be forfeited. Bitwala reserves the right to select an alternative winner in such cases.
8. Data
Personal data collected in connection with this promotion will be processed by Bitwala GmbH in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at https://bitwala.com/privacy-policy. Data will be used solely for the purposes of administering the promotion and will not be retained beyond what is necessary for that purpose.
9. General
Bitwala reserves the right to cancel, suspend or modify the promotion at any time. In the event of cancellation, any prizes already awarded will be honoured. Bitwala accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed or incomplete due to technical issues. The promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by X Corp. By entering, participants confirm they have read and agree to these terms and conditions.
10. Governing law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes arising in connection with this promotion shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Berlin, Germany.
